• Payments are due at the end of each appointment. Payment can be made in cash or via TWINT.

• Payment by invoice is available for an additional CHF 5.00 fee.

Navigating the aisles of a grocery store can be overwhelming due to the abundance of foods and countless products available. Out of habit, we often follow the same route and gravitate towards familiar items.

During a guided grocery trip, my aim is to enable you to make more informed choices that align with your dietary needs and wellness goals. As we explore the aisles, you will recieve clarification regarding ingredients and nutrition labels, as well as insight on how to judge the quality of certain foods and products.
